- Determination of material specifications with customers and Mill.
- Assistance during customer material tryouts, PPAP development, launches, or production difficulties.
- Determination defective material dispositions: salvaging, claim processing, and coordination of coil returns to USA.
- To maintain customer quality performance expectations, we offer a permanent presence at key customer's facilities with resident Customer Technical Service representatives.
- Development and maintenance of information channels between the customer's quality assurance organization and Mill.
- Through our “fitness for use” philosophy, we maximize material utilization at the customer operations. Monitoring material performance parameters at the customer's facilities and processors providing technical support.
- Early involvement in new projects.
Outside Processing (OSP) Services
- Help desk, Inventory Hand Off (IHO), Proof of Delivery, OSP personnel.
- Sorting Personnel: Leiser and Whirlpool.
- Sorting Supervision: Automotive Customers, Stampers and Processors.
- Accounts Receivable (collecting past due payments).
